About Ashley Garcia

Real estate has been a huge part of my life since 2017, when I began my career as a Transaction Coordinator. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, and agents navigate the journey from contract to closing. I truly enjoy keeping everything organized, making sure communication stays open, and helping ensure every transaction moves as smoothly as possible.

In 2020, I earned my real estate license so I could take my passion for helping others even further. Whether I'm assisting someone with buying their first home, selling a property, or supporting them through the process, I strive to make every client feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.

Today, I also serve as an Operations Manager, where I have the opportunity to work alongside an incredible group of agents every day. I love supporting our team, solving problems, improving processes, and doing whatever I can behind the scenes to help everyone succeed.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Nestor, and I have two wonderful sons, Hunter and Jose. We homeschool our boys and enjoy life on our small homestead, where we raise goats, chickens, guineas, ducks, and geese, along with a large garden. When we're not at home, you'll usually find us visiting family, hiking in the mountains, fishing, or spending time outdoors. Our faith is the foundation of our family, and we're grateful to be actively involved in our church.
